I am \u015eadi \u00c7a\u011fatay \u00d6zt\u00fcrk<\/strong>, an entrepreneur and engineer<\/strong> with over 15 years of experience building companies and technologies at the intersection of cybersecurity, robotics, smart logistics, and advanced electronics<\/strong>. My journey combines a lifelong passion for engineering with a commitment to turning bold ideas into businesses that create lasting impact.<\/p>\n

Engineering Journey<\/h3>\n

I wrote my first lines of code at age 10, driven by curiosity about how the software and games I used every day actually worked. What began as simple HTML and JavaScript experiments soon expanded into Visual Basic, Python, and eventually C++ and low-level programming<\/strong>, where I developed operating systems, GPU emulators, and microprocessor designs. During my studies at TOBB University of Economics and Technology<\/strong>, I worked on FPGA-based processors, OpenGL ES GPU designs, and robotics systems<\/strong>, experiences that earned me recognition such as the CPU Turkey Prize<\/strong> and laid the technical foundation for my entrepreneurial career.<\/p>\n

My early professional work included designing industrial automation systems, embedded software, and high-performance computing accelerators<\/strong>, giving me hands-on expertise across hardware, software, and systems engineering.<\/p>\n

Entrepreneurial Journey<\/h3>\n

I founded my first company while still at university and, in 2010, launched Robutel<\/strong>, a startup focused on intra-logistics and material-handling robots. Starting as a small engineering team, we grew into a recognized robotics innovator, and in 2013 Robutel was acquired by Sanko Holding<\/strong>, validating our work and positioning the company as a continuing force in industrial robotics.<\/p>\n

In 2015, I co-founded Rovenma<\/strong>, where I currently serve as CTO<\/strong>. At Rovenma, I lead the design and development of smart parcel lockers and reverse vending machines<\/strong>. Our flagship innovations include ultra-secure, vandalism-proof lockers, battery-powered off-grid systems, and ultra-low-power lockers<\/strong> integrated with cloud-based platforms<\/strong>. Today, Rovenma has deployed more than 2,000 lockers worldwide<\/strong>, redefining how last-mile logistics is delivered.<\/p>\n

In 2021, I co-founded Kindi Networks<\/strong>, where I also serve as CTO<\/strong>. At Kindi, we build high-performance cybersecurity solutions<\/strong> \u2014 including 10Gbps network encryptors<\/strong> and 10Gbps Data Diodes<\/strong> \u2014 to protect critical industries such as government, defense, and enterprise. I lead our product strategy, manage a world-class engineering team, and work hands-on as a principal engineer, bridging vision with execution.<\/p>\n

Vision and Leadership<\/h3>\n

Across my ventures, I\u2019ve consistently combined hands-on technical innovation<\/strong> with entrepreneurial leadership<\/strong> \u2014 identifying problems worth solving, building the first prototypes, assembling high-performing teams, securing early customers, and scaling companies to global markets. I have managed multi-million-dollar projects, led teams of 40+ engineers, and built companies that continue to grow and create impact years after their founding.<\/p>\n

My areas of expertise span cryptography, embedded systems, robotics, artificial intelligence, IoT, and high-speed processing<\/strong>. Beyond the technology, my driving motivation is to create products that matter<\/strong>, building solutions that advance industries while contributing to a safer, more sustainable future.<\/p>\n

Personal Life<\/h3>\n

Beyond my work, I am a husband and father<\/strong>, proud to share my life with my wife and our daughter. I am passionate about entrepreneurship, futurism, and lifelong learning<\/strong>, and outside of technology, I enjoy classical and metal music<\/strong> and playing the electric guitar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n
